As Dr. Grossman's back office nurse I work closely with our patients, as well as with the doctor.
Over the past six years at this office, I have learned so much about this field and am able to really
help patients understand the options available to them. We have a great group of patients that I truly enjoy working with!
It is my hope that they are a little more comfortable knowing I am here to help them decide what procedures they want to
do and to walk them through the process step by step.

Although I was not a newcomer to the field of dermatology when I joined Dr. Grossman’s team two years ago, I had no idea just how exciting cosmetic dermatology could be! It seems like there is an amazing new procedure or product everyday. Learning about these treatments, trying them out and sharing what I know about them with our patients are what make my position here so enjoyable and rewarding. The team here is great - we all enjoy our work and each other and that makes for a great environment, I really believe our patients sense this along with the exceptional treatment they receive from the doctor, makes them happy to be here. I enjoy doing my part in educating patients about their cosmetic dermatology needs and look forward to meeting each and every one of them.

Dale likes being the first person a patient speaks with when contacting our office. She understands the importance of treating each and every patient with respect and in giving them the attention they deserve. Whether one is interested in general skin care and health or the latest anti-aging or self-improvement procedures, it is the constant improvements in these areas that excites Dale.
