Trim, Tone, and Tighten with EVOLVE

EVOLVE is the first technology to combine body contouring, skin tightening, and muscle stimulation into one device. These three different components are called “Trim, Tite, and Tone”, and multiple areas can be treated simultaneously. EVOLVE offers a customizable, non-invasive, hands-free procedure that can be used on a wide variety of body types. It was developed with patient safety in the forefront, and the technology features a built-in temperature guide to control heat levels.

Downtime and Results

There is no downtime with EVOLVE. Early results can be seen after 1-2 treatments, but for optimal results, we recommend one weekly treatment for six consecutive weeks.

EVOLVE Treatment Details 

Each of EVOLVE’s treatments — Trim, Tite, and Tone — have applicator pads that will be strapped to your body.  

Trim

The Trim applicators (up to six at once) can be used anywhere on the body to decrease fat. The pads emit vacuum-assisted radiofrequency into the deep tissues. Unwanted fat is sucked into the device while bipolar radiofrequency energy is delivered into the tissues. The vacuum causes contraction, which results in a slimmer contour and tighter skin. Trim treatments take approximately 15 minutes. 

Tite

A gel is applied to the skin before the Tite applicators are strapped on. The Tite applicators (up to eight at once) administer topical radiofrequency to the topmost tissues to improve the texture and quality of the skin, as well as to tighten it. These pads work by using electrodes, which pass energy back and forth. Tite treatments take approximately 30 minutes.

Tone

The Tone applicator pads (up to four at a time) exercise the muscles for you. In fact, after your treatment, you’ll feel like you’ve performed hundreds of sit-ups in about 20 minutes. This element of EVOLVE is more intense than Tite and Tone, but can be customized to match your tolerance. These applicator pads perform electrical muscle stimulation by using an electrical current which depolarizes the nerves, causing rapid muscle contractions.

Get Firmer, Younger Skin with Forma

Forma is a radiofrequency-based treatment and a superior choice for wrinkles. This technology stimulates the formation of new collagen and improves the skin’s elasticity, which creates a smoother, younger appearance for aging areas of the face.

How Forma works

In addition, Forma has the exclusive capacity for prolonged exposure at therapeutic temperatures, which can be reached quickly and uniformly.

Forma is based on A.C.E. (acquire, control, extend) technology, which is comprised of the following steps:

Acquire

Forma has a temperature sensor built into the handpiece which reads skin surface temperature 1,000 times per second, allowing clinicians to acquire skin temperature in real time.

Control

Software algorithm allows unprecedented safety of radiofrequency delivery. The cut-off temperature feature reduces radiofrequency energy automatically when the handpiece senses that the required skin temperature has been reached.

Extend

Clinical evidence suggests prolonged exposure to temperature above 40°C is advantageous for optimal clinical outcomes. Only InMode’s A.C.E. technology allows therapeutic temperatures to be utilized safely and efficiently.

Forma Treatment Details

For the best results, we recommend a weekly Forma treatment for 6-8 weeks.

Contour and Tighten with BodyFX

BodyFX is a radiofrequency-based fat reduction treatment that also reduces cellulite and tightens the skin. It’s excellent for the abdomen, thight, back, knees, arms, and neck — essentially any part of the body where you can pinch fat. One area can be treated at a time with BodyFX. After the skin is marked, the handheld device will be applied directly to the skin to suction the fat. The level of heat can be adjusted depending on patient’s pain threshold.

The handheld device will suction the skin, heat it for about three seconds, then let go. This process will be repeated until the area is treated. When the device suctions the fat, the radiofrequency heat is working to heat up the cells and break them apart. This destroys them, and they will eventually be flushed out of the body. This process also creates new collagen, which makes the skin tighter.

Downtime and Results

Downtime is very minimal with BodyFX at Santa Monica's Grossman Dermatology. You may feel tender in the treated area afterwards, and some patients have seen broken capillaries from the suction.

We recommend that you drink plenty of water after treatment and avoid hot tubs and hot baths for a few days. You will see early results after your fourth treatment, with final results being apparent about two months after your final session.

Most patients need about 6-8 treatments to get their desired results.
